Our school

The Zuzanna Ginczanka High School in Warsaw is the first secular Jewish minority high school established in Poland since the closures of the Jewish schools that took place after 1968. Our school opened on 1 September 2020, and we currently have 90 students working in six classes.

The high school is built through strong cooperation between students, parents, and teachers. It is an open space for all students, showing how to draw inspiration and strength from identity diversity. We combine awareness of Jewish culture with deep learning and social engagement. Competition is replaced by collaboration, learning from one another, mutual support, and care for the well-being of each individual.

Developing passion

Our school is a place for discovering and developing personal passions while providing strong preparation for future studies, tailored to individual interests. Students can join the anthrozoology/animal club, the school theater group, Italian language classes, the math club, film studies, or courses in social studies and social psychology. We support students’ passions by personalizing education.
